6. Incorrect Address

Daisy Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.


9. Split Shipments
